Old cabinets and bench top need to be demolished and new ones put in, including new acrylic splash back. Precise holes to be cut out of the splash back to accommodate for any wall GPOs. Everything needs to be caulked against the wall for clean finish, and a hole for the sink needs to be cut out , sink to be installed, and caulked. Must be precise with measurements and have correct tools to cut the sink out and must be able to caulk nicely and neatly everywhere. Basic plumbing required- to connect the drainage pipe back up. No need for any specialised plumbing work - I have a plumber who will change the tap and handles. The cabinets and bench top will be custom made to fit and supplied (from Bunnings) , sink will be supplied, all you need to do is the labour part. Top floating wall cabinets are staying, new electric stove to be put in by electrician (either before or after cabinets /bench top being put in , whatever's easier). We live in a newish apartment building on Melbourne Street, North Adelaide - I believe the walls are steel frame and drywall. At least one of the shelves will ideally need to be screwed into the steel frame. Please bring a stud finder or know how to find them. Please bring screws and screwdriver for drywall & metal frame as they do not come with ikea items.
