I have a new chandelier which i want to replace with the old one in living area . And want to use the old chandelier in bedroom ceiling. and the third one is just a normal pendant light, not chandelier, which needs to be placed in stairs celling. In living room one you dont need to make hole,it's already done, u just need to change chandelier, you need to make holes for other two. Pictures are attached on the comments section. Its a penthouse, so ceiling is low. Any day is fine. Free parking available in wollies

We have two chandelier's that need to be installed into existing rooms by removing current light and installing. Chandelier are in boxes so they will need complete setup. Roof access is possible with tall (3m) ladder into manhole. Additional work might be required in roof to take the 8kg weight.
