Kindly read the description prior for clarify sake. 1. There is a new Fan needs to be intsalled in pario area. It works with remote. Hence, there is no practical need to install separate wall switch. However, if specifications says one must even for remote operated fan then please consider that as part of job. Presently there is no separate fan switch. ( Attaching pictures of fan , Roof access, lights switch board and install area ) 2. There is a new chandelier needs to be installed. It will require roof mounting and power to power the light bulb in it. Presently there is no separate light switch so it may require running a cable into existing nearby switch board too. Note : Please provide electrical work certificate of compliance after job completion. Thank you.
