-1 new Roman Blind to be put up. -2 small holes in plaster to be filled. -1 small piece of skirting to be secured to wall. -2 internal doors to be fixed. They are stuck open. Re-posted from a few weeks ago. Previous blind didn’t fit window. Can be done within next 2 weeks. Due date: Flexible

I just purchased a 2 story house. The metal shutter blinds on the eastern side are stuck. One half way down the window, the other fully closed. There is a pully system inside the bedrooms that doesn't work. I don't want to use the blinds, just have them up so I can see out the window.
