Blind isn’t rolling up - needs to spring back

I want to install 4 roller blinds in a Granny flat. 2 are 240x240 cm and others are 120x150 and 150x180 cm. I have bought them already.

2x Roller blinds need to be repaired please. Bottom of both fraying and need to be re-secured onto the bottom rail with new end caps. One also needs the chain repaired/replaced as it currently does not roll up or down with chain and has to be manually rolled up Unsure on price so open to quotes/offers but need to know approx cost. The roman blinds (i believe) have had a part fail inside the blind, so the cords have nothing to catch onto inside the blind.
