Broken blind, 10 years old, in need of repair. Slats wont open/close, and can only be raised on one side.

I have an outdoor aluminimum venitian blind with a Somfy motor. The 5 cables that are used to pull the blind up and lower it have snapped. The motor is still working and the cables that adjust the blind angle are also working. The blind is located outside an upstairs bedroom but there is a balcony/deck, so access is quite straightforward. I need someone to come and repair the blind so that we can lift and lower it again.
