I have 5 sets of outdoor roller blinds on my deck, the lever handle mechanism that retracts the track pins so the blinds can slide up and down is either broken or stuck. Some of them are just stuck and probably need wd40, on others the pop rivet is broken and needs to be reattached

Part fell out but the blind still goes up but sounds strained and the other one makes a loud klunck when it nearly closes.
