2 windows needing a vertical binds to have opening direction changed - currently split opening from middle to gather on outside edges - problem is the blinds gather in front of open windows and bang loudly in the slightest breeze - I’d like the direction of the blinds to be changed so they open from the outside edges and gather in the middle

Hi!, I need a handy person! Need mounting of ikea Foensteriviva panel blinds. Total length abot 1800 mm. First a bit of patching, sanding and then painting of the space behind the wardrobe, and the mounting timber. Mounting timber needs probably minimal shortening it’s 1800 and space slightly less. Then installation of the rails and of the panel curtains. One rail needs shortening. Then cutting off a few wedges to hold the mounting timber on sloped ceiling. I guess total should take not more than 2-3 hours. Then get my bike hoist mounted on my garage ceiling, similar to the one that I’ve already got, see pictures. Can be mounted whilst paint in wardrobe is drying. Three wedges need to be cut to match the angle of the ceiling slope to be able to mount the timber that holds the hoist straight. I’ve got the timber and I’ve got the screws. Should be doable in 1-2 hours. I guestimate a total of up to 5 hours. All material provided. I do have a mitre saw and an angle meter if needed.
