I would like a new attic ladder installed in my ceiling please. The ladder is new and I have it already. It is a Gorilla Wooden Attic Ladder 3.05m ALW305 (https://www.bunnings.com.au/gorilla-2-1-3-05m-150kg-timber-attic-ladder_p0860951). The work required is to cut the existing plasterboard and adjust any existing items in the roof where the ladder will be fitted. The existing ceiling joists are 600 mm centres and there may need to be additional timber installed to allow the ladder to be installed on 600mm ceiling joist centres. The ladder should installed and fully working to complete the job. The price you submit should be all inclusive of any required works and if required I can answer more questions or provide more images. I would like this installed sooner rather than later, but am flexible on the date.

We have a Bailey folding attic ladder ( https://www.bunnings.com.au/bailey-2-34-3-12m-170kg-aluminium-folding-attic-ladder_p0860930) we need installed to better access our roof space. There is currently a small manhole to allow roof access, this would likely need to be widened to allow installation of the ladder. See attached photos

I’m after someone to replace a spring/bracket on a drop down ladder for our attic. We are in Sandringham. My husband thinks it looks like the one in this photo and the red circle part is bent. He doesn’t want to pull the ladder back down and take a photo until we can organise someone to fix it as he had trouble getting it back up. Kind regards Michelle
