I need a stand for a sculpture. Base approx 40x40cm, central pole 140cm

Needing to have five shelf brackets removed from the wall. One of them shown in the pictures already removed, some marks on the wall are okay. Wooden lengths that have been anchored into the brick/masonry wall at three points each. About 70cm long each, needs a bit of force to get them out.

We require to lock off access to the balcony due to balcony railing safety issues (plan to rent the property to tenants). Therefore I require a measure, supply and Install of a new Security Screen, which is key lockable. Located Arncliffe, and require it ASAP Door size is approx 1.2m wide, by 2m high.

Total room area for combined living/kitchen/dining area is approximately 6mx7m and has 2.7m high ceilings. There is some damage to the walls from previous water damage that will need to be repaired ( I have pictures available). Ceilings to be painted in this area as well. Ceiling only in hallway to have some small cracks patched and painted (approx 1mx7m with 3.2m ceiling height) - no need to paint walls in this area. Two doors and frames to be painted as pictured. We have most paint available apart from black feature wall but may need more - happy to reimburse additional paint required in addition to task cost.

2 doors dont have a lock on the handle. need to replace them with the one with a lock.

TV bracket installed / TV hung 6 x art works to be installed to walls.

1.4m x 1m 3D distorted mirror needs hanging. Very heavy. Need to have correct equipment and experience hanging heavy pieces. Would need 2 people.

Install 4 IKEA Trones to a cabinet wall Each Trone has 4 anchors/ screws to be installed Then all that needs to happen is the Trone is rested on the screws. Needs to be aligned correctly

I have recently removed an old wardrobe and the floor seems uneven, tilted towards the wall. I would like to put a new wardrobe on the same spot that requires floor levelling. The door knob and its surrounding frame are coming loose from the main door frame each time the door knob handle is turned downwards to open the door. The issue requires resecuring the door knob frame back into its proper position within the main frame, ensuring that the door can be opened smoothly without causing the knob or its frame to pull away or move downwards - Due date: Before Friday, 15 December 2023
