needing 2x TVs wall mounted, one on a flat mount and one on a swivel. we are renting and so need minimal impact/damage where possible. one 65" one 32" needs to be quality work as we have a small child and as mentioned are renting. we are in the process of purchasing wall mounts now.

need 2x baby gates put up/installed (top and bottom of a staircase), it involves drilling and as we are in a rental want to make as minimal impact/damage as possible. we have the baby gates, one is a modular long gate and the other is retractable, which should include all screws and parts needed (not the tools though, we have a drill and screwdrivers and basic tools but not extensive).

Need someone to service the HVAC system. Brand: Lennox Split into two zones. (ground floor and level 1) Heating and cooling. Job: 1. Everything works fine, but the level 1 cooling when it gets turned on, the Ground floor vent will start blowing causing the level 1 vent is not as strong. (when level 1 is turned on, Ground floor is not supposed to be on anyway ) so needs to be fixed. 2. Normal routine service maintenance.

The plaster around one of my down lights was damaged. So had to cut it out. This task involves 1. Putting the plaster back in place where the cut out is. 2. Hi Taskers, Looking for someone to look at 1 shower at the base (pics attached). Water slowly leaks through the silicone, refer to the circles in pic 3. From my understanding the silicone at the base needs re-sealing or to be replaced. Unsure if the both sides of the base needs to be done. Looking for someone to fix this up and ensure water can't get through the base. Original silicone is white or light grey. - Additionally: pls see last Picture: Want a quote for "2.
