Jobs include: install MLV and plasterboard in wall cavities (x2), replace door handles x4, patch brick wall with render, install small sections of missing skirting boards, refit loose hinge, and other bits and pieces if there is time. Materials supplied.

Tall built-in wardrobe doors need hinges adjusted/realigned to improve door closure. Hinges are Grass brand. 4 hinges per door. 6 doors.

I need 4 x interior roller blinds installed on brick walls. 2 blinds are day/night to be installed directly to wall. 2 blinds are blackout only, to be installed under existing pelmets. All walls are brick.

As attached please note the window opening just needs to be adjusted to open less. No replacement needed, the current just needs to be adjusted to open/wind out to max 100mm opening. We need a video to record the completed task and a photo from external open angle to show the adjustment.

We have two handrails that have come loose and need to be re-screwed to the wall. As well as a light switch that needs some putty around the wall part. We also have some pictures that need hanging (2).

Removing metal window shatter from second floor of our house. Patching the holes after deinstallation and disposing of the shatter is required. The Approximate dimensions are 4m long, 1m tall and 1m deep. You will need your own ladder as we don’t have one.

I am in need of repair to six winders as the opening/closing mechanism does not work and we can not open/sht windows. I am told - they are missing some little screw/grommet in the winder mechanism that connects to the louvre panel. I am happy to pay for any parts needed. I have three banks of louvres - one in each bedroom - and each bank is made of four louvre panel sections. All the winders on one bank of four and two on another bank are not working.

Current door is broken and needs to be replaced. Door jamb might also need replacing (not really sure- possibly not). Need to have a cat door that can be closed in it as well (or specially made). Urgent. Update: I have added photos of the current door. It's REALLY old and jerry built. I have not yet purchased a decent new door as a replacement. This only happened this morning.
