Find an experienced handyman in Alexander Heights

I have a brick wall in my kitchen which I would like to have drywall plastered. It's a feature wall in kitchen, has a fridge and oven bay and pantry in the wall and a small mantle about 120 -150mm wide. As well as under the benchtop which is 900 x 1500mm.

I’m looking for a handyman to do ongoing tasks like pavers, pergola roofing for pergola (not large ) checking leaking tap bathroom & toilet Roof Gutter cleaning…. -Please note $5.00 is not an indicator of actual work payments, it just a figure, price can be discussed as type of task & time needed.

Need handyman with own tools - Have ikea storage cubes and photos to Mount and secure plus a mirror to Mount in bathroom. One Corner cornice cracked and needs filling. Kitchen window frame needs sealing with silicone.

Installation of 06 curtains rod and blinds. Brick wall 05 windowns and one sliding door

Small tiling job, re-tile behind the sink tap and window sill. Wooden sill removed requiring small amount of replastering.

2 windows have lots of cracks. Can provide photos - Due date: Before Thursday, 21 December 2023

Would normally just ask a family member to help or try to do it myself, but our Real Estate requires it to be professionally installed. I’ve already got the bracket, would just need someone to drill it to the wall. I have taken some photos of the wall it needs to be installed on, to try and give an indication of the type of wall (external side is red brick). Appreciate your help! - Due date: Flexible
