We have removed this whole fence and dug up each post. This post is very well stuck with tree roots. So, it needs to be cut rather than dug out. It needs to be cut below ground level so little kids don’t cut their feet as they run by. This should be easy though, as we’ve already dug up a lot of the surrounding as you’ll see in the photos. I dont need you to dispose of any of the fence posts etc. just cut this one and put it in the pile with the rest of the fence. - Due date: Flexible

I’ve recently purchased a house & when checking out the insulation in the roof (if there was any) my housemate advised there was a strong smell of urine & faeces. We heard scurrying from an animal on one of the nights but as we aren’t sleeping in the house yet, unsure if it’s a reoccurring thing. Wooden gate is old and seems to have just sagged overtime. Not sure on solution, hopefully you know. Colourbond looks like the gate has sagged but it’s actually the fence was not attached to the boundary fence. If that was done I think it would sort the gate. Again hopefully you know. Need someone who actually understands the geometry of these and isn’t just having a go. That didn’t work last time. Not actually suggesting this is a 5 dollar job. We have a set of colourbond gates and we need to have them moved in the same area the move would be about 2 meters. Not an expert but I think one hole would need to be dug for concreting the post whilst the other gate post could be fastened to the existing brick wall. The area is square so not alot of setting out required. - Due date: Flexible
