Hi, I'm looking for someone to go and paint the front of this small terrace and make it look a bit nicer. The mail box and fence also need fixing. Happy for the paint to be a rough job. Would like the door and fence and window bars to be turned into a dark blue and the rest to be white.

Will need to install a lock such that we can access from the outside with a key, and inside can just turn the knob. (Currently is only access from the inside, so you will have to drill a hole into the gate I assume) Asap - but doesn’t have to be today

Recently the handle stopped working on the tailgate of my 2009 VW Transporter T5. That is you pull the handle and nothing happens as if the vehicle is locked. I took off the panelling inside and found the latch to manually open however the mechanism seems to have dislodged parts. Require someone to take a look who knows these mechanisms so it can be put back together and / or acquire replacement part if necessary. There appears to be no issue with the latch itself. Mechanism is in good condition i.e. no rust / clean / no exterior damage.

Install a timber gate in between brick wall opening. Will supply new gate and required hardware.

I am wanting to install a recycled iron fence. The fence needs some welding. Primarily there are two gates that need to be welded. The welder needs to have experience with this type of work. Some Work must be done on site. Can be done during December. I can do physical installation, fixing to masonry, drilling into granite steps. I cannot weld, or bend the 1 metal fence support at Weld 4 in the attached drawing.

Sheet of corrugated iron to be drilled back into wooden beam. We have the material and screws.

We are a child care centre and the latch on our front gate broke this morning. Looks like an easy fix, might need new screws or a washer as the screw isn't catching to hold the latch in place. We also have 2 flat packs that need assembling - 1 mud kitchen, 1 x stove & 1 x kitchen cupboard. All easy but my time is stretched a bit thin today! :)
