My Gate hinge broken. need to put new hinge and my second Gate also too tight when close it need adjustment. please see the photos.

I have cat roller that needs to be cut and fixed onto either side of gate where there’s an existing cat roller. One side will require a bracket to attach to the side of the house. I also require a new lock system to go on the gate.

Metal Gate no longer closes and jams on the 50mm wide upright, maybe suggest this upright needs to be replaced with a 40mm wide upright to allow room to swing so it can be locked..
