My Gate hinge broken. need to put new hinge and my second Gate also too tight when close it need adjustment. please see the photos.

Foundation base has shifted, causing the gate to lean and now it won’t open/close. Will need someone with the tools to reset the posts by breaking the concrete and install the same posts straight. Remove and dispose entirely of a 6M sliding gate , the support post and the railing bolted in to the concrete. No set date, but sooner the better.

Outside metal double gate needs paint stripping off, undercoat and repaint. We have undercoat and paint. We need person to bring equipment to strip all old paint work and then re paint the gate, and clean up afterwards. We would like task done as soon as possible or by November.
