The gate is attached to a brick pillar (part of the house) which has dropped slightly, causing the gate to be out of line, resulting in the top of the gate jamming. See pics. The latch is a magnetic 'poolside' type. - Due date: Flexible

Need my fence painted around my property in a dark charcoal colour. One side of the property is a wire fence so this won't need to be painted. Only 3 of the 4 sides. It will need to be painted only one one Side of the timber- for the parts facing the property (side and back fence), and the fence facing the street with need both front and back painted. I also need my iron gate to be painted black. There may need to be some rust removed/prepped then painted. The property is 986m2 so if my calculations are correct the fence line is about 138m in total The property is located in Rye

I need to replace the hinges on my gate with new ones. The old welded hinges need to be removed and new hinges need to be screwed in and welded. I can help with the work.

We need to block off the large metal side gate to our house so that our two puppies can’t escape from the backyard (maybe with chicken wire?). The gate can be completely blocked off, we don’t need to be able to open it. There is also a large gap between the gate and side fence to block off too.

The usual story - two hinges have snapped clean off and will need to be replaced. This will require them to be re-welded and the gate rehung. The hinge set will be reimbursed separately, price is for labour only. Must have own equipment and come to my place in Langwarrin. This task can be completed any time this week. Any day and time works for me.
