Hello, we are renting and the side gate has fallen apart. I’m looking for an affordable solution for a new gate, installed, or for someone to fix the current one. Current gate is 1m width. Pailings are in tact (with old nail holes but timber still usable). However, the frame is falling apart (timber is disintegrated), so at a minimum the back frame needs to be replaced, new hinges attached etc. if you’re fixing the current gate, you’ll also need to clean it up and give it a paint. 3 baby gates (BabyDan GuardMe). Wood on one side and concrete on the other side for all 3. We'll handle the assembly, we just need you to drill and mount the two fixed parts to the walls.

Need to fix the side gate as it has come off the hinges. Have purchased new hinges. Alternatively look at putting in a new door on the frame as this one has swollen a lot with the rain and might not be salvageable. Need a secure gate to stop the dog being able to get out.
