Find a professional gate installation in South Brisbane

Per the photo, my front gate has come off the hinge and i am unable to close it. Prior to this it was very stiff and heavy to open and close.

See attached old casement window type. Some cannot close properly and the hinges need servicing. Our front gate has also come off its hinge and needs to be fixed (i can provide photo of this later).

The anchoring bolt of the side garden gate attached to the wall is loose. The garden gate is now half detached from the exterior wall of the property once the gate is opened. Require someone to anchor and seal the gate back properly to the exterior wall. Need a proper permanent fix. Also note the bottom of the gate there is a hole drilled into the gate, allowing the bolt to penetrate deeper into the wall (see photos, highlighted in red circle). The middle, and top of the gate had no holes on the frames of the gate, so the bolts from the middle and top of the gate does not penetrate into the wall.

Extension of carport battens to match the existing and installation of a pedestrian gate to secure the carport area from the street, and make it all look as though it was part of the original build. Please see attached photos and architecturals. I've circled these works in red on both architectural plans. The rest of the works I'll leave for the time being. Hoping to get it done within the next month or two if possible. I can get someone else to do the painting if required.

Gate has dropped and is difficult to open and shut. Budget is not $5 but I need a quote please.

We have a side gate that our dog escaped under. We need someone to build or attach something to the bottom to prevent this from happening. It will need to be opened and closed so bins can be taken out etc so functionality of the gate needs to remain. Let me know thoughts and offers!

Attempted to install baby gate, screw stuck in hardwood post. Screw looks stripped. Need assistance to fix the screw and properly install the baby gate.

Hi I would like someone to help with the Baby Safety Gate installation (Dreambaby Royale 3-In-1 Converta Play-Pen Gate). The images of the exact gates are attached to the tasks, however, please note that we don't have the screws and the extension as pointed out in red in the attached first photo. You'll need to use your screws/methods as you see fit to properly fix this gate for us. We would prefer this to be fixed ASAP.

My house recently was broken into. The thieves climbed over this small side gate to gain access into the property. I want to replace the current gate with something taller, sturdier, and difficult to climb over. The approximate dimesion of the current gate is 1.6m x 0.8m - Due date: Before Saturday, 9 March 2024

Old padlock bolt need to be removed and buy/install new one.

We need a side gate built to keep dogs from wandering around to the front of house. Timber fence on one side and house on the other side. Gap is about 1100mm and would need to be six foot high. - Due date: Flexible
