Need help installing gates on brick fence. Fence panels will be aluminium fence panels and attachment equipment. Including 2 x swing gate opening kits. Need tools and also may need to cut the panels to size.

We have a small cafe in an office building. There is a small swing door which separated the public area from the staff only section. The doors lock is failing and not lockable. I have a top hung pedestrian gate (see image). The steel rod is a little bent and the gate comes off its rollers and is annoying to open. I'm looking for a better solution or a more robust install. Looking for a gate that swings open internally (note slope of lawn) and pedestrian gate that opens over the stairs. Open to colourbond to reduce the weight. Or other designs/suggestions.
