Adjust or replace door hinges on two doors. Both doors have self-closing hinges. I have purchased new hinges, just in case the existing hinges are broken. Presently, the doors are not fully closing and one of them gets stuck. Carpentry skills would be handy. Also affix two brackets. I have the brackets and screws. The timber frame beside our patio gate door has fallen off and needs to be refixed. Right now, the gate can be pushed open easily even locked as there is no frame to support it at one end. Photos attached. Timber frame still seems to be in good conditions so just nailing it back to the side of the gate should be fine. - Due date: Flexible

We have Genius brand auto driveway gates (two swinging leaf’s / non sliding style) that close automatically after 30 seconds post opening. If however, there is a car in the way the gates currently close on the car so we want a sensor installed so this does not happen. The job requires supply and installation of a Genius brand sensor that will stop the gates closing if there is a car in the way and then once the car is no longer there the gates will then automatically close (Note that we can not easily get wires from one side of the driveway to the other so preference is a sensor that only needs wiring on one side / controller side). Apparently as this is a Genius controller we can not retrofit a non-Genius branded sensor as it operates on its own proprietary communications protocol.

Electric gate motor has stopped working. Only few years old, picture of model attached. Looking for someone to service / fix. Have out in tomorrow’s date but no hurry. Also price entered is arbitrary, please advise cost / charging approach
