The metal gate at the entrance to my house needs repair and/or replacement.

Hi. I have a Faac740 gate motor that needs to be replaced. Ihave noticed that the new one doesn't have the power plug so will need to be qualified to change it over. Need to know what you are doing.

Need new front gate installed, aluminium slat. Long side about 2m, short side 1m. Already have the gates just need proper installion. If possible to have combination lock supply and installed. Please quote labor only and availability. others will be re-imbursed on site. Thank you

Metal plate has come loose and dropped off the bottom of my gate. Needs to be welded back on. It holds the drop bolt steady so it can be guided into the hole in the concrete to shut the gate

Due to a combination of recent rain and potentially the gate dropping slighting the wooden slat is catching on the gate latch making it difficult to open/close the gate.
