Hi, need somebody to install a turnsnib onto our front door so that front door can be opened from the inside with needing to use the key to unlock the door. Apologies for the re-post - other commitments got in the way. The gate sticks - varies with weather/temperature. The frame is metal, and the path under the gate is concrete . Back wooden door to garage to be removed and replace. Side gate frame has pulled away from brickwork, needs repair. Front porch entrance needs mesh removed, sand &paint metal frame and attached steel mesh. - Due date: Flexible

The bottom inlet valve was replaced a year ago, but there remains a small leak form the cistern - not necessarily at the vale - which seeps constantly when the cistern is full. Wanting to have the cause discovered and fixed. - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 24 April 2023

A large metal framed barn door off the back of our carport has a failed heavy duty hinge that needs removing and replacing. failed hinge was welded to frame and will likely require something similar as guessing gate weighs >75kgs. see photo - right hand side gate. Remove a lattice panel from fence (pull off) take to open gateway near garage and put 4 eye bolts (or something) into existing wood so we can tie the lattice panel to one side temporarily for two weeks. The other side of lattice must open by us untying rope knots to get to driveway when wanted. For two weeks to keep young kids and dog in while neighbour's fence being installed. We have bags of sawdust we can also lean in front of lattice panel. The areas the lattice is coming from and going to is not in good condition and will be replaced in near future, so it doesn't have to be a nicely finished job. Just keep kids safe. There's a chance most of the old fence may stay up for next 2 weeks but it also may fall down when roots of hedge are removed on Wednesday so must be done tomorrow just in case.
