I need a carpenter to cut the fence and build a wooden gate on existing fence. The gate to include a lock that uses a key to open on either side. The fence is about 2m tall. The gate should be 1m - 1.2m wide. The gate is to open outwards. Fixed costs.

Our side gate gate is falling apart and we’re looking to construct a new one. We have just had our front gate redone and I hoping the side gate can match the aesthetic. The front gate is a treated wood frame with a colourblind inside. Please include the cost of removing old gate, as well as materials and labour for the new one. Our gate needs to be removed and reinstalled at the front of the carport. It is a heavy wood and Steel gate and there may be a slight width variation between front and back. I have two swinging gates I need to move down the side of the house. They are currently bolted into concrete and painted over, so they will need to be unscrewed and then rescrewed into concrete. A good drill will be required to drill into concrete and new bolts may be required.
