We are looking to build a small wooden fence with a gate in it. See below images attached. 3170 long, 2100 height The door should be 1,000mm. We would prefer the material to be spotted gum but open to using other hardwoods. Require horizontal panels with very small or no gap between the boards. Frames will ideally need to be built from metal to ensure the sturdiness of the structure but open to wood if sturdiness can be confirmed. The frames/metal structure can be attached to the wall of the house on one side but will need a metal post to be concreted in the other side as the wooden fence will not be enough of a support. See images below for reference. We don’t want to have a top beam across the top of the doors, so the structure needs to be sturdy enough to support that. The metal frame should be galvanised and painted black and rust proof as we are close to the coast. It should look aesthetically pleasing from the back as well. The finish and aesthetics should look similar and as professional as the reference image below. If you don’t feel you can achieve this please let us know. The main door will need a handle and a lock. We will also require a remote video buzzer built in so we can unlock the door from inside. We will provide the handle, lock and video buzzer but needs to be installed as part of the job. Convert this metal frame into a gate by adding hinges and handle but keep the metal sheet so it looks the same from the outside (beside the handle) You’ll need to remove the metal sheeting frame from the concrete and wood by removing the screws then cut back the metal to make place for the hinges and then dynabolt a metal plate onto the concrete so that you can secure the hinge. You’ll need to make a box to attach the door handle mechanism and chip out the wood on the existing frame for the catch plate. You may want to measure then build the frame off site so that it’s easy for you to install. I’ll provide the lock mechanism. You provide the metal plate, hinges, frame and bolts. - I’m re listing because the last guy didn’t show up.

We have a front gateway with a porch with 2700 x 2000 roof. The roof has very little fall on it and over the years water has pooled and some of the roof has rotted. Though I haven't been able to have a look, I think some of the inner timber may have rotted as well. I would like the current roof restored but with the upperside in colorbond with enough fall to take the water away. Hi, We need a pool gate mechanism fixed which no longer self closes smoothly. It sometimes closes very slowly, at other times it lets the door swing inward quite aggressively. It is a Fethers Frameless mechanism as pictured. I am looking for someone who can repair the mechanism and supply parts as needed. Thanks.
