Have a tenanted apartment in Waitara with plants (lavenders, cupheas and buxus hedges). Need someone to come in and help maintain the plants while I have the tenant staying there. Small patio (about 80 square metres ) in my mothers unit has been paved for 40 years. Some stones have sagged or have moved a bit making the patio ground uneven in some areas. I need some of the areas to be repaved, to flatted the pavers and make it safer to walk on. Photos attached , so hopefully you can get a feel for the job. I don’t want to redo the whole patio, as this will be beyond my budget. I want to Lawn mowing grass

We have 66 plastic plants in total which needs to be distributed between 7 buildings. Overall we need 63 of them and 3 will be disposed of. The pots are not light and it is recommended for two people to do this job (fully vaccinated for COVID-19). The job requires the following tasks: 1- To move each plant to its assigned location in each of the seven buildings. 3 plants need to go to the ground floor, 2 plants need to go to the Mezzanine level (one level above the ground), and 2 plants need to go to each of the parking levels (there are 2 parking levels). Note that a lift can be used to move between the levels, a trolley is also available to carry the plants, a document will be provided with all the locations of the plants. 2- Change around 15-20 old pots with new ones. Some soli may need to be added to the pot to top the existing pot. The handyman may require to go and purchase the soil. 3- The handyman also needs to use the plastic leaves from the ones getting disposed and place them on other plants. This is only required for just 4 or 5 plastic plants which have lost some of their leaves.
