Trying to get my back lawn summer ready following neglect during home renovation. My dogs have unfortunately destroyed some of my courtyard raised lawn patch. Needing dirt re filled to the hole, and lawn re-laid over the part that is all dirt or dead grass. The area for lawn replacement is about 3m x 2m. I would need a shade tolerant lawn for that patch, as the lawn that is thriving is Zoysia but it didn’t do well under the umbrella shade section which now is all dead (see photo). Front yard garden bed requires a low-maintenance look by transforming it into a gravel garden or open to any landscape ideas propose by supplier. Prefer plants that is low maintenance exposed to full sun and less weeding and watering. Replacement plants will grow up to 1.5 - 2 meters in height to provide screening for the front yard. This is only a small job that a garden maintenance person in the area can attend to in a very short time. The hedge is only about 3 m long- see photo. I have drawn a blue line to indicate how it should be trimmed to give a neat finish. Sooner you can do this the best to promote new growth. If you give me a good service, I'll use you for mowing and garden maintenance in the coming months. There is a patch towards the left end of the front lawn where re-turfing is needed because the grass is dead (a caravan was parked there).
