Moving out of a rental that I put some cheap fake grass down to not deal with real grass, however, now I need to return it to real lawn. Roughly 2x3 small grass area, looking for some roll out turf. Also a quick tidy up of some weeds etc Need to supply turf

I need someone to prepare my front lawn soil and old garden beds for re-turfing. Will need Either spade and barrow (can lend you these) or bobcat to remove old turf then loosen the soil and level it out and fill any gaps. Basically get it ready for new turf (which I will do myself). Approx dimensions: 4.5m Width X 10m Length

I have about 130m2 of turf prep that needs doing. Access to yard is 1700mm. Will need some turf underlay aswell.

Laying turf 135 metres on top soil

We need some gravel, pavers and small garden beds removed as well as some soil removed to level the area this will require some digging and removal a trailer or ute will be necessary the ground is hard and around 100mm needs to come out a mini bobcat or excavator would be best. Then we need turf laid we will provide the turf. The area size is 3.3 X 2.8m and 4m X 4m about 25m2. We need concrete along both the edges of the remaining paver path about 4m long this is to stop the pavers moving. Happy for anyone to come take a look before committing to a price. Date when the work needs to be done is flexible ideally within the next few weeks.
