Weeds pulled and general tidy up

Had this gas heater repaired 2 years ago and it has worked brilliantly since. Noting it needs regular maintenance and my regular person has now moved from Canberra, I am wanting a skilled person to come out and give it a thorough once over before winter sets in.

Need weeding, mowing may be not required. Big plants over grown on the side of the house that need taming.

I am NOT looking for a qualified gardener or horticulturist. I am after a person/student who is willing to get their hands dirty with some basic weeding.
