Find a professional rotary hoe service in South Moreton Bay

I need someone to rotary hoe about 35m2 in my back lawn...the ground is fairly soft, I just need it turned over in preparation for new turf. Ideally I would also like any excess soil removed if possible but not essential. Need the area in red on the photo done.

I'm wanting to remove weeds and grass in a long strip in order to erect an electric fence. The plan is to weed mat and gravel approx 250mm either side of the fence for ease of future maintenance and to stop vegetation shorting the electric fence. 150m length. Happy with around 50cm width. Ground is quite rocky. Easy access to site. Looking for removal of weeds and a flat bare strip rather than for tilled soil.
