Weeding (including between pavers) / spraying (pet friendly - or let me know if the dog cannot access the yard for a specific time) collect animal waste, and minor hedge trimming. Can supply some a small hedge trimmer and weed spray. There is a green waste dumpster but you’ll need to bring bags. There will be capacity for regular (monthly) ongoing maintenance. I require the front yard and side area cleaned up to be returned close to it's original state prior to being leased. This would entail full weeding of both areas and removal of any major debris (large sticks, branches etc.) from the front yard. The plan will is to lay mulch (not part of this work) so the area needs to be prepared for this. The property has a green bin but the amount of green waste from both areas will exceed that of the capacity of the bin so will need the waste removed as part of the job (you're welcome to fill the bin though). I will add some photos but can also send you some videos to give a better idea if required. The side area should be pretty straight forward in that it will just need the area weeded. There are rocks underneath the grass/weeds in the side area so the grass comes up really easily. Unfortunately I am injured and cannot complete this myself. The front area is a bit thicker and will need a bit more TLC. Both areas are quite overgrown. There are legitimate plants in amongst the grass/weeds in this area so you'll need to work around that and ensure they remain in tact. The driveway and some areas may need a once over with a whipper snipper to tidy them up too.
