Narrow terrace style house, side & rear laneway stop access. All trees over 1.5m removed, overgrowth, weeds removed. Re-establish garden beds & mulch. All photos that don't have pickets are of the main yard to be cleaned, whole rear area is roughly 10m x 3.5m, not big. Probably a well packed 4x6 cage trailer worth of waste. Tidied ready to be leased. I can meet onsite to brief. I'd suggest 2 people or 1 for a day & a half.

Garden with some weeds requiring pulling, previously cut branches to put in garden bin, and pavers need sweeping/leaf blowing. Approximately 3 hours of work.

Potential for regular ongoing work beyond just this job. We need an extensive front and back garden tidy-up before we have relatives to stay at Christmas. Needs enough specific plant expertise to know what to do with shrubs in front yard, needs to be pruned/tidied so it looks good and neat (we’ve only just moved in so haven’t figured that out yet). Weeding under the jasmine hedge and tidying as necessary so it looks good. Weeding and tidying up back yard so it looks neat. No mowing required.

We have a large pittosporum tree/hedge in our backyard that needs to be trimmed along the top to reduce height and trimmed at the face for less depth. The hedge itself is approx 5m tall and ideally want it to be 3.5m. Will need someone to bring all their own equipment and ladder and removal all clippings on completion.

My mother needs someone to trim her hedges and sweep up some leaves. This should take no more than 2 hours. You would need to bring a clipper, and know how to trim hedges!
