We need a plant growing in a second storey gutter/downpipe to be removed and any blockage cleared. We have determined that any blockage is only down to the first (top) elbow of the downpipe. The gutters around the rest of the property are clear and do not need cleaning. You will need an extendable ladder which can reach at least 7m (the top of the gutter to the ground is 6.5m). As you can see from the photo, there is a Foxtel satellite dish next to the plant. The Foxtel technician installed the dish using a ladder set at the ground. The ground at the bottom is paved and level, so will provide a stable support. - Due date: Before Saturday, 4 June 2022

I have removed a large garden bed and old concrete slab that needs top soil and then grass seed put down. There is also another garden bed that needs more soil added to it. Remove everything, ensure no weeds or plants grow. Put artificial grass or green carpet and border with existing white stones. Excess stones can be used at the tiny backyard. I can buy materials from bunnings. Mainly artificial grass/carpet. Task can be done on on the weekend or weekdays after 4pm anytime.
