Ground floor 1 bed unit located in Hope Island Resort (Gracere) needs its garden beds trimmed _ tops taken off.. 2 year old property so not dealing with major trees, or root systems. Just the light fast growing screening plants installed by the developer. 2 main garden beds. One extending in a straight line the length of the boundary needs to be trimmed to just above head height. No need for ladders or anything can stand on the garden bed return for the entire length. 2nd garden bed borders the outdoor terrace and it significantly smaller overall with the same planting. Rubbish needs to be bagged as there is no external gate & the fastest easiest option to remove the waste is simply throwing it over the fence to the street amd into a Ute of trailer.
