I just need some general garden maintenance at my House in Newtown. This includes pruning, weeding & general clean up of leaves at the back & side of the house. It also includes the weeding in the front courtyard. Photos attached. Just wanted to add...the size of my yard is very small. Approx 50 sqm at the back (includes the paved area) & the front courtyard is tiny at a small 10-12 sqm. So if you have the right tools & have done gardening before, it shouldn’t take more than 1.5 hours. There is no mowing...as no real grass. Hope that helps with the quotes. Also, looking for someone on a regular basis ie every 6 weeks or so.

Hi all! We have a very successful Airbnb in Sydney. We are hoping to get regular help with cleaning and presenting/preparing the property. We were hoping to get someone in this week as a test run to start with a general clean with tenants who are in there at the moment. The place will be free to clean and includes floors, kitchen bathrooms, etc. I can do a full run down on inquiry. A husband and wife team may also be handy for the long term or someone who doesn't mind also doing a little light gardening and/or cleaning of the courtyard which usually involves using the leaf blower and a hose down, or small maintenance jobs as/if required. Looking for a gardener to tidy small backyard each month. Tasks include: - trimming/disposal of trimmings - mowing - sweeping - all other maintenance required.

I was wondering if someone could kindly check my roof for any maintenance needed (such as remove leaves, install leave guard, repair any holes etc). There is no issue (like water leakage) at the moment but it's good to regularly maintain the roof to prevent future problems. Our usual gardener put down new turf around 6-8 weeks ago. Unfortunately, he's been unavailable for an extended period of time so the turf hasn't been maintained (a little of it seems to have died).
