I am helping a friend prepare her mum’s house for sale - the lawn in the backyard needs to be partially or fully relaid before photos are taken by the real estate agent on Wednesday 13 March. You can see by the photos how the lawn is an odd shape but we think it’s 40 sq. metres. We are expecting $16 per sq. metre for the turf, but anything less would be appreciated.
