We are seeking a horticulturalist to visit our home for landscaping and garden maintenance once a week. We would like to find someone who deeply understands the different plants that we have, what they need, and is available once a week for regular trimming, weeding, cleaning and care. We are looking for someone who is proactive to help us take care of our garden when they notice something has changed or needs doing, who can also help us build the garden by suggesting (and buying / bringing / planting) new plants when needed — this is a landscape design and maintenance role and we would like a horticulturalist who cares for and understands native plants. The budget I’ve put is an hourly rate that we’ve paid for this type of work in the past, but we are open to all kinds of proposals.
