Looking for a cleaner that can provide regular fortnightly cleaning maintenance of a single unit every second Thursday from 2pm-4pm in Blackburn 3130. Must have your own cleaning products, equipment, and transportation. The required job consists of general cleaning services of a kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom and study area.

Needing someone to remove and dispose of soil to make more level so artificial turf can be laid back down (would like this done too). Laying turf back down doesn’t need to be perfect - there are nails (rusty) already in it so not sure if it is as simple as rolling it back out and pushing nails in, or if it is more complex. Area is approximately 2.5 metres x 1.5 metres. Would ideally like someone today (morning ok if wanting to beat the heat), or this Friday is also ok. Please give me your quote.

Yard tidying, cutting long grass, weeding, edging, and taking away the green waste. This includes front yard, backyard, side of the house, and street nature strip. You can use the green bin for the green waste, or place the excess in several garden bags (I will supply). Please spray grass/weeds with poison so they won't grow like this. Timeline negotiable, anything within the next few days are fine. Need something reasonably tidy and I'm looking for the most economical pricing as I'm only renting. Monthly weeding of my property (have a lot of couch grass encroaching on my garden beds) Not sure how well it shows in the photos, but the couch grass has worked its way into our other plants, so may be a delicate procedure to get rid of it without killing the other plants.
