Hi, This is a newly built home. The backyard has sand that needs to be cleaned and a grass turf laid. I don't either of real or artificial turf - whichever is cheaper and easier. Do the same on both sides of the house. See an approx. image to give you an idea. I am flexible when it gets done. Of course, the preference is soon.
