Lawn needs to be mowed, whipper snipped and cleaned up

Needing assistance with a few properties we manage in Brookdale and Kelmscott. Lawn mowing + Whipper Snipping and sometimes garden cleanup needed. Approx 5 hours of work. We can extend the time if needed to complete the works. Green waste can be left on site, no need to remove. Ongoing regular work available in the area. Remove dead plants and shrubs and dispose of removed plants / shrubs

I need someone with tools of trade in next week or so to; 1. Mow and trim lawn for vacate premises 2. Remove weeds from garden beds and driveways 3. Apply weed killer to garden beds and driveways Preferably someone who quote an hourly rate for doing whole job. I have attached picture of status of lawn ( part of lawn in picture).
