Hi, Looking for experienced person in wood vinyl flooring. I’m looking for someone or a couple of people to tell me what’s wrong with my brand new vinyl wood flooring. I need it in writing as well stating what the problem appears to be, as I’m compiling all my documents for submitting it to QBCC as a defect as builder/developer is refusing to fix it or follow up now settlement occurred. It settled as a defect. Purchased brand new prebuilt townhome the floors have looked like this from first inspection right through settlement. Was told they were just dirty but they don’t come clean??!!! Floors: - Have been professionally cleaned 3x (builders cleaner pre settlement) - Have had floor company ‘buff & polish’ them with professional equipment (builder organised pre settlement while in dispute over them) Attaching lots of photos of floors. Single level Approx 96sqm Must be completed weekend of 14/15 Will be laid into concrete slab - the boards come with the underlay. All board installed and skirting will only be tacked on to easily move around.
