1. Old floor skirting is coming loose so need replacing (marked in red on floor plan) 2. There is a part where floor goes down that needs some fix (blue line and photo attached) We can remove the old skirting (but would need you to help dispose) and have furniture away from the walls. It is in apartment and parking can be made available. Please quote for labour and supply of materials.
