To measure, cut and fit new skirting boards. Notes: No existing skirtings boards upstairs in the property. New skirting boards to be fitted in all bedrooms upstairs. No existing skirting boards on the staircase. New skirting board to be fitted on the staircase (one side only). Replacement of old skirting board downstairs and fitting of new skirting board. Approximately 85m in total to be measured, cut, and fitted. Some removal of old skirting board may also be required (to be confirmed). Job must take place on Wednesday 1st May.

Looking to get basic skirting board installed around living/dining area (see floor plan attached) to create a more neat/finished look where floating floor meets wall.

I need the expansion gap covering in 1 room with skirting board beading. The gap is quite large both between the floor and the wall as well as the skirting board and the floor, so the standard 20mm x 20mm skirting board scotia trim isn’t big enough, I need something that is at least 25x25mm. This job is to provide the skirting board trim and some no nails glue to hold it in place (materials) as well as the labour to fit the trim. You will need a mitre box and a saw to do the corners. The room is 630cm x 300cm but 1 wall is a sliding door so you won’t need skirting board scotia trim for that wall, so it’s just 3 walls and all inner and outer corners. - Due date: Needs to be done on Thursday, 4 January 2024

We need the bamboo flooring removed from the ground floor of our rental property due to water damage. Once removed it will need to be taken to the tip and then the skirting boards moved down to their original position against the tiles. See photos for the flooring. It covers the dining room, kitchen and eating area (in two of the photos), hallways to front door and the lounge area (in photo). Window also needs one small timber piece installed on the right hand side which was damaged in demo. You will need to supply the materials too. Window size is 76cm x 68cm. I have had timber floor damage and the floor guy does not do skirting boards so i have a section that needs completely replaced not a big job. I need you to source the skirting board preferable. I’ve got 140mm skirting boards that need to be installed. We’ve just had the floor boards laid. There is roughly 100 lineal meters worth. It’s basically our whole house.
