Hello, the flooring people I engaged did a very very bad job of re-fixing the skirting board. I have couple of small places, I need to re-fix it. See the photos. Need to get this done before I get someone to do the painting on this and some other places as well. Please not, I don't want another bad job please please. I have some left over skirting boards for this work and rest of the equipments and materials you should bring. Also, I want to mention, the frame inside the wall is steel NOT Wood. So you should be prepared with the right tools to work with it. I just put $5 because I don't know how much this will cost. Please quote your best amount that you can do a good job. Many places big gaps, joints are not proper, some places still loose and may come off from the wall...etc. Lots of issues and nailed many times as some nails still stick out. So I decide to remove all the boards and fix new ones. This is a brand new house, so please only experienced people quote this. Don't want another bad job please please. As I measured roughly and there may be around 150m of total skirting boards to be installed. I will buy the board but rest of the equipment and materials you should bring.
