I need the carpet removed from upper level (and stair case) and kitchen tiles in the kitchen removed to prepare the floors for sanding in a small townhouse. A few small sections require new floor boards in the highlighted areas in the first image. The second image shows the area where kitchen tiles to be removed and floors repaired. Due date: Flexible but preference is a in a week or 2.

Install skirting boards and architraves. Installation of c.40 m of skirting boards in living areas and hallway, all above tiles and into gyprock walls (1 brick, c.4m). Of which c.8 m already cut to length and need to be reinstalled. Architraves surrounding 2 windows and 2 double doors and c.18 m , all surround timber frames in brick walls (1 gyprock). I am looking for someone to install and preferable also get the vinyl floor boards for my apartment. The new floor is to be put in 3 bedrooms and the lounge room. I have included a picture of the floor plan (the entry area, bathrooms and kitchen are all tiles and not included). This also removing the old carpet. There is magnesite under the carpet, so it might need a little smoothing out, but I'll leave this to you :-). This would be to start on the 16th Feb.

We need the underlay redone of our apartment. Existing laminate flooring needs to be lifted and old underlay removed. New underlay put in and the existing laminate flooring put back down. The laminate flooring is quick step click system. Underlay provided, just need the job completed before the 9/10.

We need current underlay replaced in our apartment, under laminate flooring.
