I have 1 room that needs lino flooring put down. In a commercial space. There is currently commercial lino in place.

Lino has been pulled from entrance of hallway . Have new sheets to be layed and matched we have sheets and glue

My friend has started to remove old Lino which is very easy to rip up and the underlying surface is ready for new Lino to be laid. Key issue is he needs need help moving 2 full heavy large fridges and an empty freezer and a cupboard. He can move fridges and freezer himself if I empty. Seeking task of helping him, so I don't need to empty 2 of the fridges or the cupboard and only have to empty freezer, if possible? Friend can help you move all. I have a kitchen and hallway space (altogether 13 square metres) that is needing to be refloored with new sheet vinyl. The old lino looks relatively easy to rip up but it's hard to say as I haven't yet gotten the keys to the place to double check. When I did a quick inspection it didn't seem to be paper backed lino which helps. The vinyl will be coming in a big sheet that fits the entire space, there are also 5 doorway/entryways that will need trimming. Major plus if you're able to remove the old lino from the site, but that's not an absolute necessity!

I have some old lineoleum to be ripped up in the kitchen and the rest of the unit to be laid with new lino as well. I've measured and it's roughly 12m x 2-3m, so around 24-36ms sq. I've no idea about prices either and the old lino has been there since the 1970s. Can you help? I'm on NewStart too so can't afford several thousand $.
