I need to lay 85m2 of Hardwood floor on first floor of a house. The floor is Chipboard and the carpet has been ripped out. The floor is bare at the moment. The new flooring is there waiting to be installed. Please don't offer if you have never done flooring before. All materials will be provided. The architraves have been removed. Tongue and groove Spotted gum 19mm thick.

I need skirting boards laid for 3 bedrooms 3.6 x 3m and a hall way.

I have a floating floor in a 3x3 meter room. I required a single floorboard to be replaced. I have a replacement board of the correct size and colour that can be used. To be able to remove the floorboard you will need to remove all the furniture from the room, which includes 3 desks, 1 credenza, 2 hutches (which probably need to be unscrewed to be moved) and 3 mobile draws. The furniture is new and needs to be removed without being damaged. You will need to remove the skirting from the room, which has been put on with a nail gun. You will need to pull up the floating boards starting from the back of the room until the damage floorboard is removed, which is near the centre of the room. You will then need to replace the floorboard with my spare floorboard, then put all the floorboards back, put the skirting back, and move the furniture back into the room.
