Completing a small laundry reno and have decided to keep the original floorboards after pulling up old vinyl tiles. Space is 2.4m x 1.3m. Need floor sanded including removal adhesive residue left behind from old vinyl tiles then polished to roughly match existing floors (see in pics attached).

I have 11sqm of Hardwood floor that needs to be sanded and polished. It needs to have nail punched and some filling done with 3 coats of Gloss applied. There is one section of the floor that needs to be replaced. Its approx 50cm x 30cm.
