Yo okay so we started carpeting the ceiling of our home studio for sound insulation. Its a bit more difficult that we expected and are looking for sombody with wallpapering experience or some transferable skills. Good quality upholsty fabric is supplied and we have bamboo stays too.

The floor is uneven so we know it’s not probably going to be 100%, but we are re doing the space so we can use it as an office. Good access it’s only about 20 meters from the garage behind the site to the area we need the flooring to be moved to. Will require two labourers to pass the flooring from ground floor to first floor and stack sheets

We’re looking to get a manhole cut in the floor of one of our cupboards (see photo). You can get under the floor currently but we’d like to get a more easily accessible manhole. We can pull back carpet as needed, and you can get under the house currently to make sure you don’t hit joists.
